We recommend washing your scrubs in cold water and air-drying them. Avoid using the dryer or bleach to preserve fabric quality.

Yes! Embroidery is available on several items, including tops, jackets, and lab coats. Please note that embroidered items are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

We love offering new collections at least once a month! However, typically only our Classic collections are restocked (Navy, Black, Charcoal, Teal, Classic Blue, Royal Blue, and Burgundy). To stay updated, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter on our website. You'll be the first to know about restocks and new arrivals.

Yes! You can sign up under the “Rewards Program” section at the bottom of our website.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations for orders already in process. However, you can email orders@garde-malade.com with your order number, and our team will check if changes are still possible.

If your order is already being processed, we cannot guarantee address updates. Please email shipping@garde-malade.ca with your order number and updated information, and we will do our best to assist you.

Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively. The amount paid at checkout is final. The discount code must be entered during checkout, as it cannot be applied afterward. If a valid code does not work before payment, email orders@garde-malade.com with a screenshot of the error message so we can help.

Yes! We offer installment payments through Sezzle.

We do not currently have a physical store or sales location.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, carrier, and time of year (especially during launches or promotions).

 

-       Regular shipping time is 3 to 8 business days

-       U.S. territories (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and others) can be up to 4 weeks

 

A tracking number will be emailed once your order leaves our warehouse. We always do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping is free for orders of $50 or more (before taxes).

For orders under $50, shipping is $5.

 

France and Ireland: Flat fee of 20€ per order

 

Please note that gift cards are not included when calculating the minimum amount for free shipping.

Orders shipped to the U.S. May include customs duties and import taxes at checkout. These fees are set by the u.S. Government and are beyond our control. No additional fees will be charged after checkout. Please note that these fees are non-refundable, as they are not returned to us in any way once collected.
