Shipping Information for U.S. Orders

We strive to ensure that all Garde-Malade orders reach our customers as smoothly and quickly as possible. For orders within the United States:

  • FedEx handles the majority of our shipments, ensuring fast and reliable delivery to most addresses.
  • USPS takes care of shipments to PO Boxes and addresses in remote or distant areas, where FedEx services may not be as accessible.

All taxes and duties are included at checkout, so you won’t have any additional customs fees upon delivery.

Issue with Receiving Your Order

If you encounter a problem related to receiving your order (package not received, damaged, or any other issue), we ask that you contact us within a reasonable timeframe—within 10 days of the expected delivery date of your order. This allows us to efficiently process your request and take the necessary steps with the carrier. After this period, resolving the issue may become more complicated, and we may no longer be able to intervene with the carrier.
