I finally tried Garde-Malade scrubs and I get the hype. The material feels high quality — soft but structured — and they’re super comfortable even through a long shift. They have that elevated, tailored look without feeling stiff.

I love how flattering the fit is but still professional. The fabric has just enough stretch, and it doesn’t look wrinkled or worn out by the end of the day. The details and stitching make them feel more premium than your typical scrubs.

Definitely a splurge, but worth it. I’ll be adding more to my collection

Favorite scrub tops

I’ve been ordering from Garde-Malade for quite some time now, and I truly love this brand. The material is incredibly soft and comfortable, and the scrub tops come in such a beautiful variety of colors. Shipping is always fast, which I really appreciate. On the rare occasions I’ve had an issue, their customer service has been excellent!! They listen and make things right. Compared to other scrub brands, Garde-Malade genuinely cares about their customers. I’ll definitely continue purchasing from them!

For others needing actual measurements to help with sizing, mine are: 34B-32C bust, 27” waist, and 37-38” widest hip @ 5’1” height and typically wear a US size 2-4. I have a petite, curvy/athletic build and prefer a looser, more traditionally-professional fit.

Garde-Malade definitely favors a more form-fitting style, so their size chart says I should fit an XXS-XS for their tops, but I sized up for a SMALL since I heard the fabric was a little snug in the shoulders and more rigid when removing.
However, I found the upper half would have fit true to size, but the bottom was too still too snug (and too long, though this is expected) even with sizing up.

So if you also have a petite or curvy/athletic proportions, it’s something to keep in mind. In that case, either follow your sizing and have a tailor extend the side slits, so the fabric falls more flatteringly OR size up and just shorten the top for shorter frames. If I had more time, I’d have waited for a bigger sale before buying.
